O<\/span>ften an introspective question arises ‘what have you done?’ My experience is more about ‘why did I do it’ and ‘what is the effect of it’.
My personal Why \/ motivation is: “shared happiness is double happiness.” That sounds philanthropic, but I have learned that it is also pleasantly selfish: you do good for others because it makes you happier. What I do, comes from motivations, not competencies. When you want something, you learn it. And that is precisely what sharpens your mind. Vitality..<\/p>\n

O<\/span>ne often start in a specific role and the connection develops. I started at DHL in 2006 as an international trainer of their own Project Management method: DePICT. I still fulfill that role and from those meetings my role as MT coach grew. Working on ‘realizing ambitions2’ in various sites and BUs.<\/p>\n

An interesting role was created at Sunware. I started as a consultant for Trade Marketing in 2009, later active in coaching the sales team and since 2015 in an interim role as Key account manager.<\/p>\n

NRF is also a vital connection. In 2013 we started a development program for high potentials. Then I helped with sales training. By connecting more and more internal lines, I became involved in the MT. At first we focused purely on the MT itself, but eventually we linked the high potential program to this. H<\/span><\/span>ealthy growth means; always better, preferably more.<\/p>\n

Better and more are aimed at meaningful existence. Money is a prerequisite, not the driving force. And experience shows that when you, your team or your network exist meaningfully, the financial result is better.
An important basis lies in my upbringing. My parents’ supermarket reinforced two business principles that I still embrace. First of all, you have to love customers, because then they will continue to visit you faithfully. And that you really help customers by not just hearing what they say, but understanding what they mean. Our lives and our behavior revolve around drives and motivations.<\/p>\n
