D<\/span>e praktijk leert dat de stap van tekentafel naar turbulente buitenwereld lastig is, en vaak struikelen betekent. Daarom is onze start, logisch. Eerst versterken van het bestaande. Daarna richten we ons op de voorliggende fase(n). Uiteindelijk verloopt het proces chronologisch.<\/p>\n

Het kompas is leidend, de be-geest<\/strong>-ering (missie, visie, waarden). Dit, met de strategie bepaalt welke kracht<\/strong> nodig is. Het team wordt ontwikkeld en versterkt om een betekenisvol bestaan te realiseren. De energie <\/strong>in de organisatie komt uit de idee\u00ebn en initiatieven die elke periode weer succes opleveren. Succes als in; realiseren van gezonde groei.<\/p>\n

Kenmerkend bij transformaties is dat in de startfase de input hoger is dan output. De eerste groei is daarmee beter; doordacht en volhardend werken naar het nieuwe perspectief. Daarna versnelt de groei. Bij consistente aanpak zelfs exponentieel.<\/p>\n

Organisatievitaliteit is in de kern dat je iets brengt waar mensen achter staan, in geloven. Die betekenis vertaalt zich in de ambitie om beter te worden. En om een verbondenheid te cre\u00ebren. Primair binnen de organisatie. Want buiten winnen = binnen beginnen.<\/p>\n

De mooiste organisaties leveren niet sec producten of diensten. Ze zijn deel van het verhaal van hun klanten. Ze dragen bij aan hun succes, hun gezonde groei. Vanuit de leiding.
\nDat kan voortkomen uit een initiatief vanuit de organisatie. Maar een transformatie vraagt mandaat. En volharding. Het feit dat de output in het begin beperkt blijft, vraagt om een langere termijn toewijding. Qua vergelijking is het eerder een marathon dan een sprint.<\/p>\n

Qua financi\u00eble investering is dit eerder een voordeel. De verandercampagnes die met veel fanfare zijn gelanceerd en met stille trom be\u00ebindigd zijn talrijk. Beter stapsgewijs werken aan gezonde groei. Dat klinkt niet alleen als Kaizen; het is het ook.<\/p>\n

Leiders zijn ook medewerkers. Belangrijk is om niet in hi\u00ebrarchie te denken, maar in scheppend vermogen. Leiderschap dient om medewerkers in hun energie te zetten. Ook de leiders zelf. Betekenisvol bestaan gaat over veeljaren-ontwikkeling. Dat vraagt om continu \u2018tunen\u2019; zitten we nog op het juiste spoor. Rigide structuren belemmeren daarbij. Beter om te denken in rollen dan functies; dat geeft slagkracht.
