Mijn persoonlijke Why \/ drijfveer is: gedeeld geluk is dubbel geluk. Dat klinkt filantropisch, maar ik heb geleerd dat het ook prettig ego\u00efstisch is: je doet het goede voor anderen omdat je er zelf blijer van wordt. Wat ik doe komt voort uit drijfveren,\u00a0 niet de competenties. Wanneer je iets wilt, leer je die wel bij. En juist dat scherpt je geest. Vitaliteit..<\/p>\n

V<\/span>aak start je in een specifieke rol en ontwikkelt de connectie. Bij DHL startte ik in 2006 als Internationaal trainer van hun eigen Project Management methode: DePICT. Die rol vervul ik nog steeds en uit die ontmoetingen groeide mijn rol als MT coach. In diverse sites en BU\u2019s werken aan \u2018ambities realiseren2\u2019.<\/p>\n

Bij Sunware ontstond een boeiende rolinvulling. In 2009 begonnen als consultant voor Trade Marketing, later actief om het verkoopteam te coachen en sinds 2015 in een interim-rol als Key accountmanager actief.<\/p>\n

Ook NRF is een vitale connectie. In 2013 begonnen we met een ontwikkelprogramma voor high potentials. Daarna hielp ik met verkooptraining. Door steeds meer intern lijntjes te verbinden werd ik betrokken bij het MT. Eerst nog puur gericht op het MT zelf, maar uiteindelijk hebben we het high potential programma hieraan gekoppeld. Net als de deelnemers ontwikkelen we ook het programma zelf continu. G<\/span><\/span>ezonde groei betekent; altijd beter, liefst meer.<\/p>\n

Beter en meer zijn gericht op betekenisvol bestaan. Geld is randvoorwaarde, niet de drijfveer. En ervaring leert dat wanneer jezelf, jouw team of jouw netwerk betekenisvol bestaat het financi\u00eble resultaat beter is.
Een belangrijke basis ligt in mijn opvoeding. In de supermarkt van mijn ouders zijn 2 zakelijke principes gesterkt die ik nog altijd omarm. Allereerst dat je van klanten moet houden, want dan blijven ze je ook trouw bezoeken. En dat je klanten \u00e9cht helpt door niet alleen te horen wat ze zeggen, maar te begrijpen wat ze bedoelen.
